Ninjatrader will also allow backtesting and the ability to record live market data that can be replayed at a later time. This is a valuable tool for those learning to trade as they can replay any number of days they wish in order to practice. Placing orders within Ninjatrader can be done via the SuperDOM or directly on the cart with Ninjatrader’s chart trader feature. Ninja also support a wide range of third party tools and strategies to help expand your trading ability.
Currently Ninjatrader is working on version 7 of their software that is in beta phase right now. The team over at Ninjatrader are always looking to up the features and support within Ninjatrader and this is also the case with the latest ideas behind version 7 of the software. Ninjatrader is currently available to current users to beta test their new version 7. Version 7 is looking to change the game with the addition of many new features. While we recommend Ninjatrader as our choice it is hard to look over other trading platforms such as Multicharts and Sierra Charts as alternatives.
